They’re going to look back and say: how could they let this happen?

Hi Reader,

Hey lovely,

There’s something I need to say - and it might be one of the hardest truths I’ve ever shared.

One day, people are going to look back at how hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s were treated in our time… right now...

…and they’ll be horrified.

In the same way that we are horrified by the way mental health patients used to be treated in Victorian asylums

They’ll ask:

“How did they let so many women live half a life - tired, foggy, gaining weight, emotionally drained - and just… do nothing?”

Because that’s what’s happening right now.
To millions of women.
Maybe to you.

And here’s the worst part:

It’s not because they don’t know how to help.

They DO!

It’s because the system is stuck. Outdated. Slow.

And full of people who say “your bloods are normal” when nothing about your life feels normal.

And it’s not because the answers don’t exist.

A major study in 2022 showed that one particular way of treating people with hypothyroidism led to significantly lower rates of Alzheimer’s, a better quality of life, and a much lower risk of dying early.

Not just a small improvement - a dramatic one.

But here’s the thing...

Almost no one knows about it.
And even fewer doctors are acting on it.

Because the system is painfully, dangerously slow to change.

It always has been.

And you don’t have the time to wait for them to catch up.

Did you know it took doctors over 60 years to start washing their hands before delivering babies - even after it was proven to save lives?

That’s how slow change in medicine can be.

So no - you can’t afford to wait politely.

You can’t afford to be the “good patient” who suffers in silence while someone else decides your symptoms are fine.

Because this isn’t just about fatigue and brain fog.
It’s about losing decades of your life.
It’s about missing memories, missing joy, missing you.

If this is hitting hard, here’s what I want you to know:

  • You’re not broken.
  • You’re not imagining it.
  • You’re not the only one who feels like they’re slowly disappearing.

You’re just not being told the whole story.

But you can learn it.
You can take your power back. 💪

And it starts by realising that the person who’s going to save you… might have to be you. ❤️

With love and fire,

P.S.
This is exactly what we talk about in our $5/month community - the stuff your doctor isn’t telling you, and the tools to help you finally be heard.

We’ve got a simple, empowering course called From Patient to Powerhouse that gives you the starting point. - It covers the FULL story.

And we’ve got a 30-day Weight & Energy Challenge coming up very soon to help you start making real changes, fast.

Hi Reader, There’s something we really need to talk about. Mental health. Specifically, how your mood, anxiety, and emotional wellbeing are often deeply affected when you have hypothyroidism or Hashimoto’s - but no one warns you. Doctors might mention weight gain. Tiredness. Brain fog. But what they don’t say is that low thyroid hormones can lead to serious depression. Crushing anxiety. Rage that feels like it comes out of nowhere. Emotional numbness. And yes - even suicidal thoughts in...

Hi Reader, Let’s talk about something I see all the time in my community - and maybe you’ve thought it too: “I’ll never feel better unless I can afford functional medicine doctors... all their tests, all their supplements… and I just don't have that kind of money” It’s an easy belief to fall into. Especially when you’re exhausted, foggy, gaining weight without explanation, and your doctor keeps telling you your bloods are “fine.” So many women I speak to feel trapped - like there’s a secret...
