📖 Grandma's recipe book & my thyroid breakthrough

Hi Reader,

Ever had one of those moments where something you thought was working against you turns out to be your secret superpower?

That's exactly what happened on my journey back to health, and I want to share it with you.

For over 10 years, I walked around with undiagnosed hypothyroidism, following all the "right" rules (hello, 32 years of being vegetarian/vegan! 🌱).

But instead of thriving, I was struggling more each day. When thyroid cancer finally forced me to have my thyroid removed, I hit rock bottom.

I felt like I was dying.

Honestly, I couldn't see a way out - the exhaustion was soul-crushing, the weight gain felt unstoppable, and the brain fog... well, let's just say making a cup of tea felt like solving a complex puzzle some days!

But here's where the plot twist comes in.

My ADHD (yes, that thing many of us with thyroid issues have!) became my unexpected ally.

While I was stuck in bed with barely enough energy to hold my laptop, my hyper focus kicked into hyperdrive.

I dove deep into research - we're talking PubMed articles, medical journals, everything I could get my hands on.

Months of deep dive information about absolutely everything Hypothyroid.

But how did all the pieces fit together?

Inspiration struck from an unexpected place - my grandmas vintage Victorian recipe book, filled with time-tested wisdom that made me question everything I thought I knew about nourishing my body.

What happened next shocked even me.

After making some massive changes (including the terrifying decision to eat meat again after three decades!), something incredible started happening.

My energy began returning. The weight started coming off (Over 26 pounds - about 18.8% of my body weight!).

Today?
I'm running two businesses, taking care of my family, supporting my aging dad, and feeling better than I did in my teens. No joke!

Key Takeaways:

  • Sometimes our biggest challenges (like my ADHD) can become our greatest assets
  • The "right" way isn't always right for YOUR body
  • Feeling better is possible, even when it feels hopeless

Ready to Take Action? Start Here:

  1. Listen to your body's signals - they're trying to tell you something
  2. Question the "rules" that aren't serving you
  3. Don't be afraid to make bold changes when your health depends on it

Keep an eye on your inbox - I'll be sharing more about the exact framework that helped me reclaim my life soon.

Because if there's one thing I know for sure,

it's that you deserve to feel vibrant, energetic, and alive again.

Here's to feeling better
💕

P.S. If you're feeling stuck like I was, remember - this isn't your final chapter.

It's just the beginning of your comeback story. 💕

As someone with...
